How does the Write-Trak referral process work?

Thank you for your interest in Write-Trak, below outlines briefly the process for Write-Trak enrolling a young person with us.

The process

01

Submit an application

Once we receive a completed referral form, we will assess whether the young person’s specific needs can be met by Write-Trak.

02

Meet and greet

Our team will arrange a home visit to discuss their individual needs in greater depth. By meeting the young person with parents / carers, we can assess which tutor settings will be the most suitable for them. This essential meeting is an opportunity to establish a positive working relationship between the young person, parent / carer and Write-Trak. This paves the way to a successful educational placement at Write-Trak.

03

Secure a place

The next step is for Write-Trak to make a formal offer of a place. This is subject to a suitable vacancy being available and funding approval. At certain times, there may be a waiting list.
